Can you believe it’s been five years since Shin Min Ah and Kim Woo Bin publicly confirmed they were dating?
Shin Min Ah rarely speaks publicly about her boyfriend, however, in a recent interview, she shyly opened up about their relationship and what she said is warming fans’ hearts.
On September 17, Shin Min Ah participated in an interview to promote her upcoming movie “Diva.” “Diva” is a mystery thriller that tells the story of Lee Young (Shin Min Ah), nicknamed the “diva of the diving world.” After a car accident, she begins to lose her mind as she struggles with memory loss, her best friend Soo Jin (played by Lee Yoo Young) also suddenly disappears.
During the interview, Shin Min Ah opened up about Kim Woo Bin, she said,
“Since we work in the same field and we support each other, we’re always saying ‘hwaiting!’ to each other.
I also hope that Kim Woo Bin does well when he makes his return. We’re cheering on each other.”
The beloved couple first confirmed they were dating in 2015. In 2017, Kim Woo Bin was forced to halt his activities due to his cancer diagnosis, he took a break for two years to focus on his recovery, Shin Min Ah was always by his side and was reported to have accompanied him to his chemotherapy visits to the hospital.
Kim Woo Bin joined Shin Min Ah’s agency back in February this year, and he’s preparing for his first movie in a while. “Alien” is set to drop some time in 2021.

Shin Min Ah’s movie “Diva” is slated to premiere September 23.
