On February 14 episode of “We Will Channel You” Chef Hooni Kim appeared as a guest.
During the episode, he and comedian Yang Se Hyung were sitting down in a restaurant waiting for their meal when the comedian mentioned that a lot of celebrities seek out Chef Hooni Kim’s restaurant in New York City.
The comedian heard that one of his restaurants is frequented by idols when they visit the city so he asked him about it, the chef shyly responded with ‘yes.’
The chef then brought up an encounter with BTS’s V who had visited one of his restaurants with two of his managers, he said,
“BTS’s V came with two of his managers.
He ordered nine dishes and finished them all. He really ate a lot.”
He expressed his shock at V’s appetite and added,
“Ever since then, I’ve become a fan.”
Fans couldn’t stop gushing about the sweet moment and how BTS’s V still manages to get people to like him just by eating a lot.
