(G)I-DLE is smashing records with their most recent release!
On April 6, (G)I-DLE released their third mini-album “I Trust,” the album topped various iTunes charts upon its release and has climbed up to become the kpop girl group album with the most number ones breaking LOONA’s previous record. “I Trust” topped iTunes charts in 57 countries, the biggest number by a kpop girl group, the second spot goes to LOONA with 56 countries and the third spot goes to BLACKPINK with 52 countries.
(G)I-DLE MV for “I Trust” also garnered 17 million views within the first 24 hours of its release and recently surpassed the 1 million in likes. It continues to perform well with YouTube views.
(G)I-DLE also became the fourth girl group to exceed 100,000 copies sold on Hanteo within the first week joining TWICE, BLACKPINK and IZ*ONE.
