YG Entertainment Reveals 280,000 Viewers Watched BLACKPINK’s “THE SHOW” + More Data About Who Watched It

The official numbers for BLACKPINK’s “THE SHOW” have been revealed!

On January 31, BLACKPINK’s “THE SHOW” was held; it marked the group’s first online concert. Fans were required to purchase YouTube’s membership to BLACKPINK’s official YouTube channel in order to watch it, it drew about 280,000 paying members.

YG Entertainment has also unveiled more information about which countries watched the concert. The United States came in first place, with 19.2% of all members, check out the rest of the list of the top 12:

  2. Thailand
  3. Philippines
  4. Japan
  5. Mexico
  6. South Korea
  7. Hong Kong
  8. Malaysia
  9. Indonesia
  10. Brazil
  11. Canada
  12. United Kingdom

It was also noted that in conjunction with their first online concert, their YouTube channel saw an impressive spike in YouTube subscribers, garnering a whopping 2.7 million additional subscribers, bringing the total to 56.8 million subscribers.
