BTS’s “Fake Love” Break Through the 24 Million Views, Will It Break Taylor Swift Record?

BTS’s “Fake Love” continues to break records, the newest release from BTS is reaching new heights, it has already broke the record for the fastest Kpop music video to reach the 10 and 20 million views.

It reached the 20 million views in a record breaking 9 hours. Army is aiming to make the video the most viewed YouTube video in 24 hours; they aim to break Taylor Swift’s record.

As of now, the music video for “Fake Love” reached the 24 million views, it took it around 11 hours, breaking their own previous record previously set by “DNA,” “DNA” reached the 21 million views in 24 hours.

Fans are now wondering how far the music video will record in the first 24 hours. There is a great possibility that it might break PSY and Taylor Swift record. PSY’s “Gentleman” holds the record for the most viewed Kpop MV in 24 hours with 38.4 million views; while “Look What You Made Me Do” achieved 43.2 million views in the first 24 hours.

BTS’s “Fake Love” has also broken the record for the fastest Kpop MV to reach the 1 million likes.

It’s currently sitting on 3.2 million likes and is on its way to become the most liked Kpop group MV, the most liked Kpop group MV is held by “DNA” which currently sits at 5.3 million views.

Not to mention, “Fake Love” topped Korean real time charts less than 2 hours after its release.
