The group ZEROBASEONE (ZB1) is preparing to debut in the middle of this year.
On April 23rd, an official from the agency, Wake One, told My Daily, “ZEROBASEONE is preparing to debut in the middle of this year,” adding, “We will announce the specific schedule after confirmation.”
ZEROBASEONE is a 9-member boy group that was created through Mnet’s “Boys Planet”, which ended on April 20th.
The group name ZEROBASEONE signifies the brilliant beginning of the nine members who start from zero (0) and are born as one (1). It also implies the members’ pledge to share the free journey with fans that ZEROBASEONE will walk from incomplete 0 to 1.
Yuehua Entertainment trainee Zhang Hao became the first Chinese to win first place in a Korean audition program. Then, in 2nd place Sung Han Bin, 3rd place Seok Matthew, 4th place Rocky, 5th place Park Gun Wook, 6th place Kim Tae Rae, 7th place Kim Gyu Bn, and 8th place Kim Ji Woong joined as the final members. They will be active as a project group ZEROBASEONE for 2 years and 6 months.
Meanwhile, ZEROBASEONE is scheduled to appear at ‘KCON JAPAN 2023’ on May 13 and 14.
