ZEROBASEONE Agency Files Lawsuits Against Netizens Who Wrote Threatening Posts Towards The Group
The group ZEROBASEONE has filed a complaint against the individuals who wrote threatening posts.
On the 28th of July, a representative from ZEROBASEONE’s agency, WakeOne, stated, “Recently, numerous posts threatening the personal safety of our artist ZEROBASEONE have been found online and on social media.” They continued, “On July 27th, we filed a complaint through the law firm Sejong against the authors of these posts for suspected violations of the laws related to coercion, promoting and protecting information and communication networks.”
They further stated, “We will take all necessary and strong legal measures against any actions that could harm the personal safety of our artist, including all behaviors that cause fear and anxiety.”
They emphasized, “We will continue to monitor, report, and delete malicious posts, such as malicious defamation, damage to reputation, insults, and the spread of false information, and we will strictly deal with the suspects without any compromise or leniency.”
Meanwhile, ZEROBASEONE is a group formed through Mnet’s “Boys Planet,” consisting of nine members, they made their successful debut recently.
