New it girl Yoon, from the K-POP group STAYC, has contracted Covid -19.

The news came on March 11, when HIGH-UP entertainment, the agency Yoon belongs to, issued a statement. They relayed that Yoon tested positive for covid after taking a self testing kit; she subsequently went for PCR testing and was then diagnosed with covid. HIGH-UP added that the rest of the members all tested negative but the group will halt future activities until further notice.

Recently, Yoon went viral when fans debated about a stylist’s choice in clothing for her in which she wears a tennis shoe on top of her shoulder for STAYC’s music video “YOUNG-LUV.COM”. The reaction was mixed with some viewers disliking and others loving the unique style.

Wishing Yoon all the best!
