Yang Hyun Suk has admitted to all the gambling charges through his lawyer earlier today!
On September 9, Yang Hyun Suk and three more individuals attended the first hearing at the Seoul Western District Court for overseas gambling charges.
In June, Yang Hyun Suk was indicted on charges of flying to Las Vegas, United States seven times between July 2015 and January 2019 and gambling about $335,460 with four other individuals.
At the trial, it was revealed that Yang Hyun Suk’s lawyer stated, ‘we admit to all the charges,’ while also stating that part of the evidence presented didn’t serve enough proof. Yang Hyun Suk arrived for his first trial wearing a black suit and a mask; he didn’t answer any press questions on his way in or out.
The next trial is scheduled for October 28.
