Famous actor Kim Nam Gil recently fueled rumors that BTS Jin might be making his acting debut, but why? Lets talk about why fans are excited because of his recent interview.
Recently, Kim Nam Gil sat down for an interview with Cosmopolitan Korea, when asked about why he often feels like an ‘old man,’ he explained that he feels behind in the digital era and added that he felt easier to talk to those older than him, he said,
I worked with younger people like Jin, Cha Eun Woo and Seohyun, but it seems I have difficulties communicating with them.”
This particular comment struck fans as odd because as far as we know, Jin and Kim Nam Gil have never worked together before. They’ve met previously on award shows but as far as fans are aware the two never worked on an acting project together.
Kim Nam Gil is preparing for his upcoming drama “Island” which also stars Seohyun and Cha Eun Woo. Considering how he mentioned the three idols in the same sentence, some fans began to theorize that he might mean he had worked with the three of them on a recent project. The working location of the drama is in Jeju and fans have noticed that Jin also shared photos from Jeju recently.
Of course, its all speculation at this point but fans couldn’t help but get excited at the prospect of seeing Actor Jin make his debut soon.
