VIVIZ will not be attending some of the upcoming scheduled events during their U.S. visit, but despite the cancelation, fans have voiced concern for the members’ well-being.

On April 22, VIVIZ’s agency issued the following statement:

Hello this is BPM. Due to the artists’ current conditions, we regretfully inform you that VIVIZ will not be participating in the Grammys Museum interview and Red Carpet schedule, which was scheduled for April 22. VIVIZ has expressed that out of love and respect to the fans who are attending We Bridge Music Festival & Expo to see them, they will still be performing at the concert.
We will inform you of the contents related to the VIVIZ Hi – Touch shortly.
We understand that many of you may have been looking forward to meeting VIVIZ for a long time. We sincerely apologize for the sudden news and thank you for your understanding. We’d also like to thank The GRAMMY Museum for their understanding and support.

Earlier today in the morning, Moonbin’s funeral took place. It was held privately per the family’s wishes with no fans or journalists allowed to attend. The members of VIVIZ could not attend the funeral as they were seen departing the airport on April 21st for scheduled events. SinB is known for having been friends with Moonbin for 17 years, and during their airport appearance, fans saw the members keep their heads down wearing all black. The agency was criticized for pushing ahead with the schedule despite the current situation. SinB was unable to attend his funeral due to her schedules.

ASTRO’s agency, Fantagio, announced early in the morning of April 19 that ASTRO member Moonbin had passed away, various media outlets initially reported on the news quoting police officials.
