UP10TION’s Lee Hwan Hee is leaving “Boys Planet”!
On March 9, UP10TION’s agency shared an official statement announcing Lee Hwan Hee’s departure from Mnet’s survival show “Boys Planet,” he’s leaving due to health issues.
The agency wrote,

Unfortunately, UP10TION’s Lee Hwan Hee had to withdraw from Mnet’s ‘Boys Planet’ due to health reasons. Currently, Hwanhee’s health has improved significantly, but he is undergoing various tests for a complete recovery and has no problem with his daily life.
We would like to express our gratitude to all the fans who have supported him during this time.”
The idol himself also posted a personal letter to SNS to thank fans for the love and support they’ve shown him, he says he’s received a diagnosis that excessive activity at this stage is impossible and thus, decided to step down to not inconvenience those around him.
