TXT Soars to the Top of the Billboard Charts with their latest album “The Name Chapter: TEMPTATION”!

Billboard announced on February 5th that TXT’s new mini album “The Name Chapter: TEMPTATION” has debuted at No. 1 on the Top 200 Albums chart.

This ranks the most popular albums in the United States and is a new achievement for the group. The album achieved the biggest U.S. sales week of any album since Taylor Swift’s “Midnight” last November.

According to Luminate, the album earned 161,500 equivalent album units and consisted of 152,000 traditional album sales and 9,000 streaming equivalent album units, translating to 13.24 million on-demand audio streams.

TXT is only the fifth Korean artist in history to top the Billboard 200, following BTS, SuperM, Stray Kids, and BLACKPINK. They are also the second K-pop artist to chart seven different albums on the Billboard 200, following BTS. This is TXT’s third Top 5 album, and their seventh entry on the chart overall.
