Two Popular Female Singers Married To Well-Known Celebrities Also Under Investigation For Drug Use

It has been confirmed that the police are conducting an initial investigation into other famous celebrities, following actor Lee Sun Jyun, who is currently under suspicion of drug use.

As more famous celebrities are revealed to have used drugs, the drug scandal surrounding the entertainment industry is expected to spread further.

According to media outlets on the 25^th of October, the Incheon Metropolitan Police Agency has obtained information that two famous celebrities have used drugs and are conducting an investigation. Later, it was revealed that its female singer A and former idol B. Both of them are married with their husbands also being notable figures.

A police official stated, “It is true that we are conducting an investigation into other famous celebrities suspected of drug use, in addition to Lee Sun Kyun. However, we cannot provide any further details about the ongoing investigation.”

With these new revelations being investigated, the drug scandal in the entertainment industry is expected to cause a ripple effect. There is a possibility of the involvement of other celebrities if the investigation expands to include members of entertainment establishments, as mentioned by an official from an entertainment establishment on JTBC’s “News Room” on the 23rd.

Previously, the police applied the law on the control of narcotics and psychotropic substances to Lee Sun Kyun, who was questioned without detention, on charges of marijuana and hallucinogen use. There is now heightened interest in what other information will be revealed regarding the drug use suspicion through forensic analysis of his mobile phone.
