Leader Of One Of The Biggest Kpop Groups Reveals Her Way Of Resolving Conflict Among Members

Taeyeon from Girls’ Generation shared her approach to resolving conflicts with her fellow members.

In the “MMTG” YouTube channel, Taeyeon made an appearance. During the show, Gabi asked Taeyeon if she thought there would be any conflicts among the three hosts (Seungheonss, JaeJae, and Gabi). Taeyeon responded, “You should fight at least once. You need to have it out.”

When asked how Girls’ Generation resolves conflicts, Taeyeon explained, “We gather and talk openly about our grievances. You need to express them. It’s important to always be honest and acknowledge things.”

When JaeJae asked what she does when she feels like running away, Taeyeon humorously replied, “Well, since it’s a contractual relationship, I had to hold back.”

This year marks Girls’ Generation’s 17th anniversary since their debut.
