Steve Aoki Has The Classiest Response When SM Producer Calls BTS’s MIC Drop ‘Trash’

BTS fans were not thrilled when producer Marz made an insensitive comment towards the popular BTS ft. Aoki’s remix “MIC Drop.”

The producer called out BTS and their fandom during an Instagram live session. The producer has previously worked with SM Entertainment artists. According to fans’ accounts, the producer called out BTS’s collaboration with Aoki a ‘trash.’





As expected, the fandom was anything but happy with the producer’s remark. A couple of fans tweeted at Steve Aoki’s twitter account asking him for a comment regarding the producer’s insensitive remarks.

A fan asked,

“Hey @LifeOfDesiigner @steveaoki there’s a producer calling your great collab with @BTS_twt trash. Just wanted to give a heads up and I look forward to maybe a diss track…??? 😏😏 peace out.”

He gave a chill proper classy response, he tweeted in response,

“What one calls trash others will find the gold. Stay with what makes u happy and it doesn’t matter what they think.”

The ‘trash’ collaboration has been certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of America after surpassing the 500,000 units in digital sales.

“MIC Drop” was the first Kpop song to ever achieve such feat. BTS fans were very pleased with Aoki’s response.
