Former GFRIEND Member Sowon has found a new Agency!
On August 2, a source from IOK company told the news outlets that Sowon has signed with them, she will change her stage name to Kim So Jung and plans on taking a new Leap forward with the company.
They also revealed that they will support her to Showcase her skills and to grow as an actress as she’s planning to promote as an actress from now on.
They asked for fans to show love and support for the actress’s career as she plans to promote actively in the future.
Kim So Jung debuted as a member of GFRIEND in 2015. On May 18, GFRIEND parted ways with their agency Source Music after all of the members decided not to renew their contracts. Later, the members personally shared handwritten letters confirming that the group had disbanded.
IOK company is currently home to many famous actors such as Go Hyun Jung, Jo In Sung, and Kim Ha Neul.
