Trot Singer Song Ga In diagnosed with COVID-19, her agency confirmed in an official statement.
The agency revealed that on August 28, Song Ga In felt unwell and visited a hospital, she received an examination and was confirmed to have contracted the virus. She has been moved to a quarantine facility on August 29 and will focus on following the health authorities’ guidelines.
Song Ga In became famous after she was crowned the winner of the famous TV Chosun’s trot audition program “Miss Trot” in 2019.
She’s set to appear as a judge on JTBC’s upcoming audition program about Korean traditional music, which is set to air next month.
