SM Entertainment has announced its plans to debut a new unit of NCT but its receiving mixed responses.
SM Entertainment has recently announced its plans to work with the global MGM Television Group to launch a competition show with the aim to create a new NCT unit which will be a US-based K-pop group. NCT Hollywood will be the new edition of NCT, the show will be open to individuals from ages 13-25 who dream of being part of a K-pop group in America.
This will be the newest NCT unit in addition to the existing units NCT Dream, NCT U, NCT 127, and WayV,
However, fans reactions to the idea have been mixed at best. Many fans believe the current NCT members are being unfairly treated by either being unfairly overworked or not receiving enough work.
