SM says EXO comeback MV filming will proceed as planned!
EXO members Baekhyun, Chen, and Xiumin have notified their agency, SM Entertainment, about their intention to terminate their exclusive contracts today via a lengthy statement via their lawyer. However, SM has issued a statement saying they’re expected to film their upcoming music video as scheduled.
This comes after media outlets reported the filming for the MV was postponed due to whats happening. However, an official from SM Entertainment stated to news outlets, “Baekhyun, Chen, Xiumin, and the other four EXO members are planning to participate in the filming of the music video.”
The seven members, excluding Kai who recently enlisted in the military, are Xiumin, Suho, Baekhyun, Chen, Chanyeol, D.O., and Sehun.
Some fans are showing skepticism over the statement while others are happy the comeback plans will proceed as usual.
In related news, SM has moved to accuse BPM of being an outsider force trying to lure their artists, which they had since denied in an official statement.
