Singer Jessi Cleared Allegations Related To Entourage Assault Of Her Fan
Singer Jessi (36) has been cleared of allegations that she allowed her acquaintance to assault an underage fan without intervening.
The Gangnam Police Station in Seoul announced on the 7th of November that they found insufficient evidence to support charges against Jessi for harboring a criminal or aiding in escape, and thus decided not to forward her case to the prosecution. The same decision was made for another person involved who had been accused alongside Jessi.
However, the rapper Koala (36, real name Heo Jae-won), part of Jessi’s group, has been transferred to the Seoul Central District Prosecutors’ Office for assault charges. Additionally, a foreign individual, identified only as A, who allegedly participated in the assault and fled the country, is now on Interpol’s wanted list.
