Something terrible happened to WJSN members Exy and Soobin as they left after finishing up a schedule.
On April 14, the two members attended a recording for MBC’s “Idol Radio” as special DJs for the day. After they wrapped up the schedule they exited through their car but had their windows down to greet the fans who waited for them outside, that’s when a terrible thing happened.
Some ‘fans’ began chasing their car and decided it was a good idea to throw gifts at the members. One particular ‘fan’ shoved a gift at a member’s face directly after multiple failed attempts.
After a video of the incident went viral, fans were furious with the lack of protective measures for the members and for the terrible behavior by the so-called fans.
Starship Entertainment released an official statement in response to the incident; they stated that the situation could’ve seriously injured one of the members. The terrible ‘fans’ didn’t adhere to the guidelines during WJSN schedule and thus the agency announced that the particular fan who shoved the gift at the member’s face will be banned from all future WJSN schedules, Starship states that an injury was inflicted at the member.
Netizens who saw the video expressed their shock at the dangerous video that could’ve easily seriously injured one of the members.
