Shinhwa’s Shin Hye Sung Admits To Drunk Driving Via Agency After Getting Arrested On Charges Of Refusing To Take Sobriety Test

Shin Hye Sung of the group Shinhwa has been arrested on charges of refusing to take a sobriety test while found sleeping in a reported stolen vehicle in a drunken state.

According to Songpa Police Station in Seoul on October 11, Shin Hye Sung is accused of refusing to take a sobriety test by a police officer who was dispatched when the singer was found sleeping in a stolen vehicle on a road near Tancheon 2-gyo Bridge in Songpa-gu at 1:40 a.m. The police confirmed that Shin Hye Sung’s vehicle was reported to have been stolen and are investigating additional charges of theft.

Shin Hye Sung was arrested after a meeting with acquaintances at a restaurant in Gangnam-gu at around 11 p.m. on October 10 when he fell asleep on the road in a stolen vehicle while returning home with the key delivered by a restaurant’s ballet parking staff and refused to take a sobriety test.
