On April 6, SHINee’s Onew was revealed to have been acquitted of all sexual harassment charges in regard to his case.
Back in August 2017, the idol was involved in a sexual harassment scandal, the accuser filed a report then called it off, but still according to judicial law in Korea, the police carried on with the proper investigation route for sexual harassment/assault.
A source from SM Entertainment also confirmed the news,
“Its true that the prosecution has dropped all charges against Onew.”
On April 6 it was revealed by police that the investigation has wrapped up and the idol was acquitted of all charges.
Onew is currently in Dubai along with the rest of SHINee members as well as fellow SM Entertainment artist for “SMTOWN LIVE WORLD TOUR VI in Dubai.”
