BTS is coming your way soon, very soon!

According to an analysis article published on Naver.com, BTS are expected to make a comeback in the first half of 2019.

The huge news was met with a lot of positive feedback from ARMY who have announced they will be concentrating their efforts to work on helping BTS reach new heights when the new comeback drops.

According to the report, BTS are preparing for a new transformation, the report hinted at their upcoming collaboration with Ed Sheeran that BTS had already teased back in late 2018.

The “Love Yourself” series is already over but reports has it that the boys are preparing for a new series concept, the framework has been reportedly set but the details are yet to be planned out.

The good news doesn’t stop there, the report also adds that some of their B-side tracks are already done, they had finished recording for some of them.

The boys are expected to juggle the world tour with their upcoming comeback as the report points out that the comeback will likely happen before their final “Love Yourself” tour stop which is set to April 7 in Bangkok.

Of course, the report is about predictions and nothing has been set in stone or confirmed by Big Hit Entertainment yet.

Big Hit Entertainment had previously confirmed their upcoming boy group will debut in the first half of 2019, so it will be interesting to see what happens and how Big Hit Entertainment juggles both groups.

My Thoughts

This report is intriguing, it got me thinking!

As far as we know Big Hit is about to debut a new boy group in the first half of 2019, so I was shocked BTS would be even preparing for a comeback in the first half of the year.

This is why it’s slightly confusing.

Of course, this report is about their predictions (those who wrote the report) so it could end up that the comeback date would change depending on circumstances.

I have gotten to BTS recently, I wouldn’t call myself an ARMY but I do like them as people, they seem genuine.

They have songs I am not a fan of and its because it’s not my style of music, however, I do appreciate the hard work they put in.

When they talked about almost disbanding at 2018 MAMA I seriously thought they would be taking a break, ARMY even trended hashtags for them to read, promising they’d wait for them.

I personally cannot begin to logically comprehend why they’re still pushing out music when they obviously look like they need a rest. The company is doing well and is growing bigger, BTS are the biggest they’ve ever been, I seriously doubt the majority of ARMY will go anywhere if these boys were to disappear for a much-needed rest.

There could be (and I am speculating) that its because the livelihood of the company depends on them but again I am reminded that sales are still coming in and they won’t go bankrupt just because those boys took a month or two to rest.

I feel like youth these days and specifically, hardworking Asians don’t know how to rest, they don’t know how important it is for their mental health. Pushing towards a world tour, crafting a new concept and preparing for a comeback is a lot of work.

I paid close attention to them in 2018 because of how much I reported on them, at some award shows some members looked tired, exhausted and drained, V specifically looked very down and I was scared for him, I knew he wasn’t doing well, when he broke down on stage while Jin delivered his speech it hit me!

I also doubt big hit would be forcing them to work extra hard, they’re at a position where they can more or less decide if they want to take a step back or not. That doesn’t necessarily mean they’re not going to be controlled by the label when they’re working, because of course, they have a reputation to protect.

My conclusion is (based on my observations) is that they’re workaholics, that’s the only logical explanation I can come up with. Of course, its only my speculation, the truth could end being far from that.

I don’t know how to feel about this comeback, I personally have the mindset that they should look after their selves. If they keep pushing it, one day they’ll snap and it won’t be pretty to report on or to witness.
