NewJeans Take Home 4 Awards On The 2024 Fact Music Awards + Thank Min Hee Jin In Several Speeches
The girl group NewJeans expressed unwavering support for their former representative, Min Hee Jin, who was recently dismissed from her position.
On September 8, during the second day of the “2024 The Fact Music Awards” held at Kyocera Dome in Osaka, Japan, NewJeans won a total of four awards making them the most-awarded artist that night.

While accepting the Popularity Award, Danielle mentioned, “It is truly an honor to receive this amazing award. Many people helped us stand on this stage. We thank our wonderful staff and overseas team, performance directors, and most importantly, we love and appreciate our Bunnies (fans).” She added, “We love and are very grateful to Min Hee Jin, who always cherishes and protects us.”
Hyein, while accepting the World Best Performer award, also expressed her gratitude, saying, “I think this will be the last opportunity to speak, so I want to say this—thank you so much to our representative. We really love you.”
Min Hee Jin was dismissed from her executive position at ADOR last month. Despite remaining involved in NewJeans’ production work, Min’s side argued that her dismissal was an unfair decision. ADOR, however, stated that the dismissal followed legal procedures.
