Following the disbandment of group Brave Girls and the termination of their exclusive contract with the agency Brave Entertainment, member Minyoung personally opened up about her group’s disbandment.
On February 17, Minyoung took to her personal Instagram and shared a long message opening up about her feelings about her group’s sudden disbandment and thanking the fans for supporting them till now as well as asking for continuous support for her future activities.

Hello, I’m Minyoung. Termination of exclusive contract activities with Brave Entertainment. After reading the articles, many people sent me encouraging, comforting and cheering messages, so it was really chaotic yesterday and today.
First of all, I am most apologetic and grateful to our fans, who must have had a hard time before the news came out. During the seven years of our promotion, we met a miraculous moment that was like a dream, and thanks to many people’s support, we were able to come this far and make a happy memory.
Since I shed tears of joy, I’ve had a lot of time to think about how to repay your support, and it would be a lie if I didn’t want to be with you for a long time.
I can’t help it right now that I can’t be with the members as a whole group anymore, but since we decided to respect each other and know that we are always together, I promise to meet you again and I will work hard to show you more new things, so please keep an eye on me and keep supporting me.”
Meanwhile, Brave Entertainment said on February 16, “The exclusive contract of four artists, Minyoung, Yoojung, Eunji, and Yuna, will end today (February 16). Accordingly, group Brave Girls will wrap up their official activities with the digital single ‘Goodbye’ released today.”
