Mediation Between Fifty Fifty And Attrakt Fails After Group Rejects It, Trial To Commence
The group Fifty Fifty is expected to continue their legal dispute with their agency Attrakt.
A representative from Attrakt stated on the 16th of August, “Fifty Fifty’s side has informed the court that they have no intention of mediation, and the mediation has fallen through.”
Previously, on the 9th, the court conducted a private mediation for about two hours regarding the exclusive contract dispute between Fifty Fifty and Attrakt. However, as both sides failed to reach an agreement, the court kept the possibility of an agreement open and recommended further discussions between the parties until the 16th.
During the private mediation, Attrakt executives and the parents of Fifty Fifty’s leader were reported to have participated.
Attrakt stated, “If there are misunderstandings regarding settlements, we are willing to have them return to the company and resolve the issues through discussions.” They emphasized, “We always hope and wish for the return of Fifty Fifty members. If they return, we will make every effort to support Fifty Fifty in every possible way to bring them back to their previous state.”
However, with Fifty Fifty expressing that they have no intention of mediation on this day, it is likely that the legal battle regarding their exclusive contract dispute between the two sides will resume.
Meanwhile, Fifty Fifty announced on the same day that they will be releasing a collaborative song with Hollywood actress and singer Sabrina Carpenter.
