Lee Mi Joo, a former member of Lovelyz, will release her first solo album in May, nine years after her debut.
On April 3, Lee Mi Joo’s agency, Antenna, announced to Xports News, “Lee Mi Joo is preparing for her solo debut in May. We will inform you of more detailed schedules regarding her solo debut later.”
This upcoming album is Lee Mi Joo’s first solo album in nine years since her debut, and it is her first album released under Antenna after moving from her previous agency, Woolim Entertainment. Fans’ expectations are high for the album.
Previously in May of last year, it was announced that Lee Mi Joo was preparing for a solo debut. At that time, her agency stated, “It is true that Lee Mi Joo is preparing for a solo debut, but the timing and concept are not yet confirmed.”
