tvN has released new stills featuring Lee Jae Wook, Hwang Minhyun and Yoo In Soo for their upcoming drama “Alchemy of Souls”!

Alchemy of Souls” is a fantasy romance drama taking place in the fictional nation named Daeho, a country that doesn’t exist in history or maps. The story will follow a set of main characters whose fates get twisted due to magic that switches people’s souls. The drama’s title itself refers to the soul switch.

Lee Jae Wook is taking on the role of the sophisticated yet troublesome young master Jang Wook of the Jang family within Daeho nation. He’s a character that has a tragic background, the entire nation gossips about his shocking birth secret. He’s angry with the world but returns to the proper path after meeting assassin Mu Deok Yi (Jung So Min).

Hwang Minhyun will play the genius prince Seo Youl of the Seo family. He knows literature and is skilled at martial arts with a noble personality and appearance. He is in love with a secret girl.

Yoo In Soo will play Park Dang Gu, he is an heir to a wealthy family in the top 1% of Daeho, but despite being in this wealthy family, he is more interested in having fun and knowing the various rumors that are related to Daeho than his business classes.

The newly released stills show Jang Wook, Seo Yeol, and Park Dang Gu’s different auras and charisma. Jang Wook can be seen furrowing his eyebrows in one picture, his eyes filled with focus and intensity as Seo Yeol takes a step back and gaze at him, he seems to be wearing a confused expression while he’s looking at him. This raises questions about why these two young masters, who are very close friends, are confronting each other.

Meanwhile in the third picture, Seo Yeol and Dang Gu display a different kind of charisma that is cool and unusual, making viewers look forward to these three unique friends and how their bromance will be portrayed in the upcoming drama.

“Alchemy of Souls” is set to premiere on June 18.
