KQ Entertainment To Take Legal Action Against Youtuber Who Spread False Rumors About ATEEZ

Fans are rejoicing after KQ Entertainment, ATEEZ’s agency, said they’re taking legal action against an infamous YouTube channel that spread false rumors and slander about the group.

They have filed a criminal complaint with an investigative unit yesterday (August 16) in response to that YouTuber who posted a recent malicious video about the group. The complaint was filed on the basis of violating the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection (defamation), insult, obstruction of business, and copyright infringement.

KQ Entertainment added that it is especially malicious since the YouTuber made this content to present falsehoods as truths for personal gain, thus, they’ve decided to respond with legal action. KQ also urged the people who have written baseless allegations to delete them now and informed them there would be no settlements moving forward.
