Kim Hee Sun In Talks To Lead Upcoming Thriller Drama

Actress Kim Hee Sun has been offered to appear in the upcoming drama “Gaslighting” and is considering it.

On January 19, an official from Kim Hee Sun’s agency Hinge Entertainment told OSEN, “It is right that Kim Hee Sun was offered an appearance in the work, and we are considering it positively.”

“Gaslighting” is a story about Young Won, Korea’s best psychological counselor, and her mother-in-law Sa Gang, facing each other through each other’s secrets and truths over one’s husband and one’s son, and is planned to consist of 12 episodes. It is a drama mixed with parts of comedy and thriller, and Kim Hee Sun is said to have been offered the role of Young Won in the drama.

“Gaslighting” joined by Screenwriter Nam Ji Yeon, who wrote the web drama “So I Married an Anti-Fan,” and director Kim Seung Woo, who wrote and directed the movie “Bring Me Home.” It will be produced by JPX studio.

Last year, Kim Hee Sun met viewers with MBC’s “Tomorrow” and Netflix’s original series “Remarriage & Desires.” Attention is focused on Kim Hee Sun’s next work, who has appeared in various genres of works even after her marriage such as the drama “Angry Mom,” “The Lady in Dignity” and “Alice”

Meanwhile, the drama “Gaslighting” will soon begin filming after confirming all casting and arrangements.
