Singer Jung Joon Young has admitted to the serious allegations made against him, he shared a letter of apology to fans.

Here is the full translated letter:

“I greet you with a shameful, sinful heart.

I, Jung Joon Young, once again realized the seriousness of the situation upon my return to Korea on March 12. I apologize to everyone who showed interest in me and gave me a second chance once again.

I acknowledge all my sins in connection with what is being said about me. I photographed women without their consent, and shared it to the SNS chatrooms; I acted without guilt while doing so.

It was an unethical act worthy of criticism for me as a public figure, and it was an act that was too rash.

Above all, I apologize to the women who appear in the video who found out about this horrible reality when the incident came to light, and to everyone who feels angry at the situation and cannot contain their disappointment and surprise.

I am withdrawing of all the broadcasts that I am appearing on and will stop all my entertainment activities. I will now set down all my activities as a public figure and will reflect on my unethical and illegal acts for the rest of my life.

More than anyone else, I apologize to the women who have suffered pain because of my actions and those who must’ve felt anger even more than disappointment, and to the many people made me into a public figure and cared for me.

I will be faithful to the investigation that will start from the morning of the 14th of March and will take part with all honesty, and I will accept the punishment for the behaviors I have committed.

I once again deeply apologize. I am sorry.
