Former DAY6 member Jae’s recent remarks are getting lots of heat.
During a recent Twitch stream by Jae, his comments about Jamie went viral, he said, Okay, now that I’m not in K-Pop anymore, I can say this. Why is JAMIE trying to be a thot? That’s right, I said it, tell her! I said it. Tell her!

Thot is a derogatory term referring to a woman who has many casual sexual encounters or relationships.
Soon clips of the broadcast went viral and it eventually reached Jamie. Jamie ended up responding to Jae before deleting her tweets. She said,
Jamie later added, “I’m just deleting it, I’m okay,” and ended with, “I hate that we as women have to be subjected to mens humor to appease incels on the internet period.”
As a result, Jamie’s name became one of Twitter’s top trending terms, Jae is yet to respond to the mounting backlash against him for his remarks about Jamie.
Both Jamie and Jae were known for being friends since they were under JYP Entertainment.
