Girl group IVE topped various music charts, marking the rise of their power.
IVE released its third single “After LIKE” on August 22 and started their full-fledged comeback activities.
As soon as the title song “After Like” was released, it entered the top ranks, including No. 1 on the Bugs real-time chart, No. 4 on the Melon real-time chart, No. 7 on the Genie real-time chart, and No. 9 on the Melon Top 100.
“After Like” has steadily risen to the top of the Melon real-time chart as of 11 p.m. on August 22, and as of 10 a.m. on August 23, it remains at the top of the chart with No. 1 in Bugs real-time chart, No. 2 in Genie real-time, No. 3 in Melon Top 100.
As of 7 p.m. on August 22, the track “My Satisfaction” also entered the charts for the third single, ranking third on the Bugs real-time chart, 39th on the Melon real-time chart, 55th on the Genie real-time chart, and 91st on the Melon TOP 100.
The group’s previous album, the first single “ELEVEN” and the second single “LOVE DIVE,” are also still ranked at the top of various music charts, proving that they are the fourth-generation representative groups in name and reality.
They are loved not only in Korea but also in overseas charts. “After Like” topped the iTunes charts in many countries, including Apple Music, Bahrain, Finland, Japan, Thailand, Taiwan, Indonesia, the Philippines, Chile, New Zealand, and Mexico.
Album sales were also extremely popular, recording their own best sales. According to Hanteo Chart, the nation’s largest record sales website, IVE sold 464,900 copies on the first day of its release, easily surpassing the initial record of 338,100 copies of its second single “LOVE DIVE,” showing a career-high move.
