IU Featured In The New York Times Magazine For Her Hit 2017 Song “Palette”

The popular singer IU was recently featured in an article by “The New York Times Magazine.”

The article was titled “25 Songs That Tell Us Where Music is Going,” the article discussed 25 songs that are rewriting music and shifting the trends.

IU is the only Korean and Asian artist on the list. She was featured alongside many huge names such as Lana Del Ray, Katy Perry and Taylor Swift.





The writer goes on to describe how beautiful the song is and how relatable it is, every girl has felt what IU was talking about. The writer says she reminds her of Britney Spears, and added,

“IU emits an authenticity I haven’t found elsewhere.”
