HyunA’s Agency Addresses Premarital Pregnancy Rumors
Singer HyunA, who announced her October wedding with former Highlight member Yong Junhyung, has addressed the rumors of a premarital pregnancy.
On the 29th of July, HyunA’s agency, At Area, told TV Report, “The rumors about HyunA’s pregnancy are completely untrue. We hope baseless speculations do not spread further.”
Recently, HyunA announced her marriage to Yong Junhyung. After revealing their relationship publicly in January, news of their wedding within less than a year has led to various speculations, including whether HyunA is pregnant before marriage. However, this has been confirmed to be entirely false. HyunA dispelled the controversy by posting a photo wearing a tight top during her performance at ‘Waterbomb Seoul 2024’ on the 5th.
HyunA and Yong Junhyung publicly disclosed their relationship in January by sharing photos of them dating. Later, Yong Junhyung acknowledged the relationship through a paid fan community, saying, “We are doing well while receiving positive energy from each other. Please look upon us warmly.” After acknowledging their relationship, HyunA expressed her affection for Yong Junhyung on various entertainment programs.
On the 8th of July, both parties announced that they would hold a wedding ceremony in October, nine months after going public with their relationship. At that time, HyunA’s side stated, “We will hold a ceremony with close acquaintances in October and start a new chapter in life. We thank everyone who supports us warmly and ask for many blessings for HyunA, who has made a significant decision as an artist and individual.”

Originally, HyunA was scheduled to conduct a North American concert tour in August, covering cities like New York, Chicago, LA, and Toronto. However, the sudden cancellation of the tour puzzled many. A concert official explained the reason for the cancellation, saying, “It was inevitably canceled due to local circumstances.”
