HyunA couldn’t help but get emotional petting their new dog!
On December 15, Dawn shared photos and videos of their new dog. He revealed that he and HyunA have adopted him. In one post, HyunA can be seen petting the dog, she cried and explained that she was emotional. Dawn told her that they’ll take care of it from now on.
When one fan asked him if the new dog belonged to them, he proudly stated that they’re his new family.
P-Nation released a statement to confirm the couple adopted the new dog, they revealed that the dog had caught their eyes in a shelter in Nowon-gu, the couple had heard the shelter was having trouble finding him a home, so they adopted him.
HyunA is known for being a dog lover; she previously adopted an abandoned dog she discovered at Seoul’s Cheonggye Stream back in 2013. She even appeared in a campaign for the adoption of rescue dogs previously and donated all the earnings from that campaign to an animal protection organization.
Dawn captioned the posts with hashtags encouraging people to adopt dogs instead of buying them.
