On August 29, P-Nation issued a statement to announce the departure of the couple from their agency. However, the agency does not mention why the couple is departing. The fans say they were not surprised by the news.

We would like to express our deepest gratitude to all of you who have shown a lot of love and interest in HyunA and Dawn. We would like to inform you that HyunA and Dawn’s exclusive contracts with P-Nation has recently expired.
With their bold music and unmatched visuals and performances that only HyunA and DAWN as well as HyunA & DAWN marvelously do illustrated P-nation’s colors. Their passion as artists and their care and devotion towards the staff have become known as an example for everyone.
All the members of P-Nation will cherish the pleasant memories of working with HyunA and Dawn for a long time, and we will continue to support their activities in the future.
Thank you to the many fans who cared for HyunA and Dawn, and we ask for your warm encouragement and support.”
HyunA And Dawn joined the agency in January of 2019 after leaving their previous agency Cube Entertainment.
