Famous Kpop Idol Leaves Group Concert Mid-Way, Agency Updates On His Health Status
TXT’s Huening Kai had to leave his group’s concert in the middle due to health issues.
On November 1, during the first night of TXT’s “ACT : PROMISE” encore concert at the KSPO Dome in Seoul, Huening Kai left his group’s concert mid-way due to health issues.
Later, Big Hit issued a statement to explain that his health suddenly declined due to indigestion. His agency also clarified that he’s eager to participate in the remaining nights of the tour on November 2nd and 3rd but they would prioritize his health.

We would like to update you on the status of Huening Kai’s health condition and his participation in “TOMORROW X TOGETHER WORLD TOUR <ACT : PROMISE> ENCORE IN SEOUL.”
On November 1st (Friday), during the first day of the “TOMORROW X TOGETHER WORLD TOUR <ACT : PROMISE> ENCORE IN SEOUL,” Huening Kai experienced a sudden decline in condition due to indigestion and was unable to continue performing. He is currently resting and focusing on recovery.
Although the artist is very determined to participate in the future shows, we will prioritize his health and flexibly adjust his participation based on his condition. We kindly ask for MOA’s understanding.
