HOTSHOT has officially disbanded!

On March 30, HOTSHOT’s agency announced the news via an official statement. The group wrapped up their activities as of March 30, 2021. Despite their disbandment, the agency promises to provide support for the members so they can display their abilities.

HOTSHOT is considered one of the most underrated boy groups, they debuted in 2014 and consist of members Junhyuk, Timoteo, Roh Tae Hyun, Ha Sung Woon, San, and Hojung.

In 2017, Ha Sung Woon and Roh Tae Hyun appeared as contestants on Mnet’s “Produce 101 Season 2,” and Ha Sung Woon debuted with the project group Wanna One after getting the 11th spot.

Wanna One later disbanded in 2019. Tae Hyun then joined a temporary group called JBJ in support of the show he’s been on. JBJ disbanded seven months after their debut.

On the other hand, Hojung and Timoteo participated in KBS2’s 2017 survival show “The Unit,” and Hojung made it into the final project group UNB, another temporary group that disbanded after short time.

Wishing the HOTSHOT members all the best!
