Heochan has left VICTON.
On October 11, IST Entertainment made a very shocking announcement announcing Heochan is departing his group following the news of his DUI.

Hello, this is IST Entertainment. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the fans who love VICTON, and would like to inform you of the changes in the members as follows.
After careful discussion with all VICTON members including Heochan, Heochan has decided to leave the team. He came to the decision taking into account his and his members’ opinions and didn’t want to cause any more trouble.
Once again, we apologize for causing concern to the fans with the sudden news, and we ask for your understanding.
Accordingly, VICTON reorganized the team with a total of six members, Han Seung-woo, Kang Seung-sik, Lim Se-jun, Do Han-se, Choi Byung-chan, and Jung Soo-bin.”
Previously, VICTON’s agency IST Entertainment posted an official statement to the group’s official Twitter account to announce that VICTON’s Heochan has been caught drunk driving by police and is currently being investigated for the incident.
The agency apologized repeatably for VICTON’s Heochan’s actions and said he’s deeply repenting. They said he was caught drunk driving on September 20 by police and his alcohol content was high enough to have his license revoked. Due to this, he took a hiatus from all group and individual activities for the time being. To His Instagram account, Heochan also issued a personal apology, he said he ‘feels the pain and disappointment caused from this incident and repents deeply,’ he also promised to live in deep reflection as well.
