(G)I-DLE’s 5th mini-album ‘I Love’, which is about to be released, exceeded 700,000 copies as of October 11, setting their own new record.
Cube Entertainment, the agency, said, “(G)I-DLE’s new album is receiving enthusiastic responses from domestic and foreign fans. It is predicted to set another syndrome following ‘TOMBOY’ and is also seeing the possibility of higher sales than now.”
(G)I-DLE’s new album, “I Love,” unveils a strong determination to show the true self of “I” rather than the appearance that someone else wants and to take off the pretense that you don’t want and show your true self.
(G)I-DLE’s first full-length album “I NEVER DIE,” released in March, ranked 58th on the Global 200 chart, showing their power as a global trend girl group. In addition, “TOMBOY” ranked 34th on the Billboard Global Excl. U.S. chart and 12th on the World Digital Song Sales chart, proving their power.
Following the momentum, (G)I-DLE’s “TOMBOY” recorded positive results, topping major domestic music charts every day even after finishing their activities.
