GFRIEND Sowon’s is halting activities for now after her father’s passing.
Her agency released a statement on June 22nd, they explained that the idol’s father has been battling a chronic illness for a while and passed away on Friday, they added,
“She is currently with her family and close friends, and they’re grieving together.
The funeral will be held quietly in the presence of family and close friends. We ask you that you let the family mourn.”
The agency also added that she is not will not participate in any of her group’s planned scheduled as an example.
