Ren, a former member of the group NU’EST, will meet viewers with his first drama.
On November 8, his agency Big Planet Made Entertainment said, “Ren will appear in the role of Oh Jin Woo in the new drama ‘I’ve Been Waiting For You For A Long Time.’”
“I’ve Been Waiting For You For A Long Time” is a mystery tracker for rural Macho Detective Oh. Ren will play the role of Oh Jin Woo, who likes the main character Oh Jin Sang like a brother more than anyone else, and will play a role in revitalizing the work.
Ren will officially debut in a domestic drama 10 years after his debut through “I’ve Been Waiting For You For A Long Time.” Ren, who has been a member of NU’EST and a solo artist, has shown his versatile charm by appearing in KBS 2TV’s “Jeon Woo-chi: The Taoist Wizard,” Japanese independent films, and Chinese dramas. Recently, he has received favorable reviews from audiences on a number of musical stages.
