A New update regarding Taeil’s shocking case has been posted!

Taeil (30, real name Moon Taeil), a former member of the group NCT, has been transferred to the prosecution without detention following allegations of sexual misconduct.

On the 13th of September, the Seoul Bangbae Police Station confirmed that Taeil was sent to the prosecutor’s office on the 12th without being detained.

Previously, SM issued a statement to its Twitter account to announce that Taeil has been implicated in a “criminal case related to sexual crimes.” SM says they looked into the situation and realized the severity of the matter thus, after discussing with Taeil, he’s been removed from NCT and will no longer carry out group activities.

Later, police denied several rumors about the case and confirmed he’s being investigated but refused to elaborate on what type of crimes he’s being investigated for.

After that, Taeil made his Instagram account private and all the videos on his personal YouTube channel were gone.

Taeil debuted with NCT in 2016 and had been active in both NCT and its sub-unit, NCT 127.
