Famous Broadcaster Alleges G-Dragon Is Coming Back In October + Agency Comments
Singer G-Dragon addressed the recent speculation about his comeback, which was sparked by broadcaster Park Myung Soo.
On the 1st of August, a representative from G-Dragon’s agency, Galaxy Corporation, told TenAsia, “The rumors about G-Dragon’s comeback in October are not true. The specific timing has not been decided yet. We have announced a comeback for the second half of the year, so a new album is expected to be released by the end of this year.”
This clarification came after Park Myung Soo’s comment on KBS Cool FM’s “Park Myung Soo’s Radio Show.” When a listener asked which song he would play between IU’s and G-Dragon’s, Park chose G-Dragon, saying, “G-Dragon is coming back in two months. We need to take advantage of that. IU is coming back next spring. If G-Dragon does just a little bit more, he will be out soon.”
Park Myung Soo’s comments led to speculation about a possible October comeback for G-Dragon, causing a stir among fans.
Fans have been eagerly awaiting new music from G-Dragon, as his last album, “Kwon Ji Yong,” was released in 2017.
