Singer Eddy Kim is the next singer to be booked for the charges of distributing illegally taken footage.
Eddy Kim is now officially a suspect not a witness anymore. A source from the police told news outlets on April 5th that the singer is the latest to be booked on the suspicion of distributing sexual illegally taken footage violating the Act of Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.
On April 4, his agency released an official statement confirming he was part of a chatroom with Jung Joon Young.
However, the agency denied he had filmed or shared illegally taken footage, they admitted he did share an obscene photo to the chatroom but that photo was available on the internet not something he took himself.
