DIA will say goodbye to fans with one last release ahead of disbandment.

On September 6 at midnight KST, DIA unveiled a new comeback schedule for “Rooting For You” set to drop on September 15. The upcoming album will feature two songs including “Bright Days.”

The online teaser release references the group’s debut date as well as last messages for the fans who have been there for the group.

According to their agency, this will be the group’s last release before their disbandment.

The group will be promoting with all six members, DIA’s contracts are set to expire this September as they become 7 years.

DIA debuted on September 14, 2015 and has gone through a series of hardships before making a name for themselves. Members Huihyeon and Jung Chae-yeon appeared in the cable music channel Mnet’s girl group formation project “Produce 101” to promote the team. Jung Chae-yeon was selected as a final member of the project girl group “I.O.I,” making it impossible for the entire group to perform together for a while. In late 2017, Ye Bin and Som Yi appeared on KBS 2TV’s idol revival program “The Unit,” and in early 2018. Ye-bin performed the activities of the project group UNI.T formed through the program.

This will mark DIA’s first comeback in over two years.
