Chungha Leaves MNH Entertainment After 7 Years, Whats Next For The Singer?

Singer Chungha has become a free agent after ending her 7-year partnership with MNH Entertainment.

On the 29th of March, MNH Entertainment announced through Chungha’s fan cafe that her exclusive contract with them will expire on April 29th and she’ll be leaving.

Below is the full statement from MNH:

Hello, this is MNH Entertainment.
First of all, we would like to express our gratitude to the fans who have cherished and sent Chungha so much love and attention.
We would like to inform you that Chungha’s exclusive contract with our company, which began with her debut in 2016 and lasted for 7 years, will end on April 29th, 2023. We ask for your generous understanding that ‘Bare&Rare Pt.2’ will not be released by our company due to internal circumstances.
We sincerely thank Chungha, who has been with us for a long time, and we ask for your continued support for her as she embarks on a new journey. We also sincerely thank the fans who have been with her.
We will continue to support Chungha as she continues to thrive as a wonderful artist. Thank you.”

Meanwhile, Chungha made her debut in 2016 as a member of the debut project group I.O.I from Mnet’s ‘Produce 101’ Season 1, and subsequently released official solo albums, showcasing her solo queen status with numerous hit songs.
